Maintenance Manager – Talent Pool Opportunity

Position Summary:

We are sourcing Maintenance Managers with strong technical backgrounds to ensure reliability and performance of critical equipment in construction and offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define maintenance plans and critical spare strategy.
• Supervise multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
• Coordinate with operations, HSE, and vendors for repairs.
• Use CMMS to track work orders and performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering.
• 7+ years in maintenance roles in shipyards, plants, or offshore.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and reliability principles.
